A local collaboration between VIC’s BAR and Willem’s Wermoed.

Willem’s Wermoed is a local botanical vermouth inspired by Amsterdam’s Hortus Botanicus. Its thousands of herbs and spices inspired their signature blends. Together we’ve created a selection of refreshing aperitive Spritzers and cocktails.
